In this video we gonna take a look on the new CSS based layout included in Dreamweaver CS3. Will show you how tot create them; customize the content, then how to validate your work.

Dreamweaver CS3 now has entire range of expertly developed CSS layouts. Here I am going to choose one that has two columns, one of which is classic meanings and moves side by side, as the browser window expands, and has a left side bar. When I crate it, it comes in with sample content, and a four array of CSS style. Lets save the page. And now I can begin customizing.

First to bring it inline with the rest of my site, I am gonna attach an external style sheet. This will give us more of a basic look and feel for the rest of our site, including the basic color and fonts. Lets now bring an image, give it some alt text. And style the image, I will select and will create a new CSS rule, specifying it in my main content document.

Lets float the image to the left, and add a bit of padding to the right. Now I will go and take a look at, my style is in the code mechanism.
