Next i am going to scroll down and move these files. I am going to select edit and then cut. We will scroll up to a new folder..Right click on it and select edit paste. Its asking us if we want to update the links to the following files.
We want to make sure that we do that so all the links throughout the website still remain the same. So just simply click on update. If we didn’t update the fillings then when you went to play one of those audio files it would no longer play because it won’t find that file in the same position. Now we have successfully moved all the files to the audio folder. Now we close the folder up and it is as simple as that. Now just to give you an idea we have over four hundred different files on this particular website. Could you image the mess we are in, if all of are in one directory.
