In fact, I'd had a previous problem in which the video worked in a Firefox browser but not in IE. Using this technique, the video worked fine in IE. (BTW, I used Dreamweaver CS4, and the process still works. I used CTRL+ALT+F to get to the Insert File window.) This method worked great!
