The reason for that is that we need to actually attach I hope I can see it here we actually need to attach the style sheet so under windows here. Ok then I am gonna find my CSS style sorry had a little issue with the computer one I locked upon up here.
Wow, that was a train wasn’t it? I was using a low resolution kind of messes me up sometimes. Ok, sorry we are going to attach the style sheet make sure that you find the one in the spray assets folder called spry menu horizontal choose them click ok all right. So now you will see were formatted. I am gonna see that library. When I create a new page, to save the HTML page ok. I am gonna save it as just YouTubesample.HTML Ok and i am gonna move my CSS all over here. Flip over to assets you will see the library that we just created listed. Drag that onto your page you will see the same thing happen. No style is defined so we just need to go and do the same thing.
You have to do this on every page you have to make sure that this horizontal style sheet is attached on your page its formatted one more thing missing and that’s the little script that tells it to pop up those drop downs when you have progress so we are gonna go back to the spry.html that i originally had created and placed the spray menu bar in we created all this code. I am just gonna copy this that is right into the title I am gonna go on to my YouTube sample page, the HTML page and then put it in the same place here ok.
So now everything is done you don’t have to have that script in your library page but you do have to make sure that on all the HTML pages so the key is attaching that style sheet and attaching that script to all your pages. So, now when you make any changes here, cnahge item 1 to home. Ok I am gonna do a save all should bring up.. yep its gonna update my YouTube sample. Yes, I want to update that give it a second ok its updated I do another save all because then your HTML page needs save and you will see hereit says home.
So now all you have to do to update all of your pages all the navigation on your pages is just updated one library page to preco-option. One thing I do want to say about using this type of navigation if your concerned about all your optimization about search engines you might want to research it before you choose to use a sprite menu bar or flash or anything else like that because the search engines cannot read the text within the.
So just might wanna do some research to do other than that I hope that this answers the question out there. thank you very much.
In case you didn’t see the video in part 1 of this series… here it is again.
