Dreamweaver Tutorial

Hi this is Justin and I’m going to show you how to add a link to your site if you’re using micro - uh- macromedia or micromedia. I say micromedia my dad corrected me saying it’s wrong but I still say micro and I’m sticking to it.

But if you want to add a link to your site, this is what you do - I open up the Index and down here I have all these links from my dad’s site,Youtube and baseball and next to my privacy policy and stuff like that. Here on this site you can see some -uh- there’s my dad’s site - Willowville, but -uh- here’s how you do it. You -uh- you take the -uh- code a half = in inverted quotations marks you write down http whatever the 2 dots are called, I’m too tired tonight I don’t know and then back slash, back slash type in the name, dot whatever. And go ahead and close it.

So this is what it is basically. this is the whole link and that’s how you add the link. But if you want to add a link to something you have let’s see over here like my Privacy policy which you can do here -uh- down here on micromedia you can drag this to the file that you want to add it to.

So this is ——-4, so write ——4 and then it’ll be there -uh I can’t see anything because I didn’t change anything. If you don’t change anything you’ll need to save it. So since I didn’t change anything in here again I didn’t have to save it. So that’s how you add a link.
